a poked and stroked 440, 16 to 1 compression, with aluminum Indy heads. engine made 768 horsepower, without giggle gas. it was not street legal.

have broken the beam at 60 foot with the rear tires several times. took a while to get the rear suspension adjusted to stop the severe wheelstands. :dance: :dance:

Indy Heads are very nice, but didn't you have trouble running 16:1 on 85 octane? :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: Wheelstanding is great until the car comes down. SS/AA Hemis run mid to high 8s (the class is now SS/AH since no GM or Ford cars run in that class) and S/AA is ruled by Hemis and the occasional Medium Riser Ford.

We had the best grapes I've ever tasted! Serious. The grape taste is so intense. It's just amazing! Well...we have tons...bucket and buckets and more buckets full. We're making wine :) We've made wine before with berries, but we've never had enough grapes to make more than a bottle or two. This is going to be fun!

Are they concord grapes? I have those but never pick them. The birds eat off of them in the winter.

Nagi - I had to ask what varieties we have. There's concord, chardonel, marquette, and vidal.

Somebody likes their vino. Concord is the grape they use for Welch's Grape Juice, the other three are for making wine. We used to grow Canadice and a few other table grapes.

5 - my uncle is big into growing things we can use to make other things. I brought him some mead from this place I visited and he's going to try to make some with the honey from our bees. he said he's always wanted to make it but he'd never tried it so he didn't know what to expect.
