I started a new workout/lifting program and I really DO NOT want to go to the gym right now. I wish being sore meant it wasn't working so I'd have an excuse to stop :crying: The cardio doesn't bother me at all, I can do cardio for a long time. It's the new weight program I have. It include every friggin thing I try to avoid.

Total aggravation, I wanted to sleep in today but no, of course kids are running around right above my room. Not even running actually

They're JUMPING and sh#*t. I can't take it anymore!

These are the times where I just want to hug my boys and tell them how good they are. Srsly they are like little angels compared to these 3
