Well, Dear Friends the time has come for me to run for my life, Nagi is mucho pissed. OMG I can't stand people! That whole social on my terms thing was put to the test tonight. I went to this thing to be nice and the people once again just drove me insane.

change of plans for dinner. we all decided it's nice out and we're going to eat outside after dark. this is what I made.

plus I made guacamole, lime sour cream, pico de gallo, spanish rice, homemade refried beans, and margaritas

So here is the deal + the difference between me and my wife/Amby: If I were ever to attempt to make a beautiful dinner like this, it would take me 8 hours. But, for my wife (and I assume Amby) they can whip this up in less time than it would take me to pour milk on a bowl of cereal!

To me, even to consider to make such a dinner would take an entire project plan complete with resource plan! For my wife (and again I assume Amby)...to make a dinner like this is a simple 'flick of the wrist'!

Yes, without a doubt, I am a happily married man ;-)

@ bishop. I think the total time spent doing stuff was 30 minutes-ish the beans take awhile to cook from dry but you just forget about those for awhile so there's no real work in that.
