I had cubed up and baked in the oven potatoes with salsa on top. My Uncle told me when he first became vegan he ate everything with salsa on top too. That made me smile. :D

I also finished the first part of the online exam and filled in all the application information. Now onto the second part of the exam which is the written part. Everybody is awake now and people are running around trying to ask me questions. I wish they'd not interrupt me. :(

Ok., I've just read all the instructions and I'm about to start the 60 minute exam. HR just called me back finally right before I was about to start the written exam. Their office is about to close for the day so I'm glad they finally got back to me. tongue.gif I've sent everyone to their rooms. It's really quiet now. laughing.gif
