you will be better before long. I have been diet conscience for a couple of years. very hard to maintain it, but the vision episodes, and recently gained knowledge has given me more incentive.

I ate around 6 and had a veggie sub and some pasta salad. oh and a sweet tea. this is all I ve had all day. I don't understand the high number unless is it the lack of sleep and stress.

I haven't taken the online test yet but I did get 18 out of the 19 pages scanned and emailed to me. I really don't want to go through those 6-7 hours of filling out all the information again but this time online and then taking a 60 minute online test to prove my skills.

I saw some funny posts in the game thread but I think some things have been removed and it doesn't make sense. What'd I miss while I was gone? Do I want to know?

We all love you very much and want you to be healthy. Stress causes a rise in blood glucose levels and I would tell you not to watch Shoah videos but instead try to get more sleep and pray and meditate but I'm not going to get angry with you over it. It's OK, we love you no matter what.
