Diet soft drinks suck but the full-blown soft drinks are just plain nasty. BS should be taken 1 hour and at 2 hour intervals, i.e. post-prandial. You are right, John. BS is all about limits, keep up this talk of parameters and we'll be checking your hand for a stainless steel ring. :P Have a great tomorrow, until then we'll A1C you! :thumbs::rofl: :rofl: :rofl:
