Tracking down the last 10 years of my addresses for the hard copy of this government application is exhausting. They want to know every job I've had and what I was doing when I wasn't employed. I can barely remember the years and they want it all. Who needs that kind of information? I think that the actual job requires one page of information while the Department of Homeland Security requires the other 13 pages.

I like this song a lot lately.

I'm sleepy. I need to go to sleep. This feels like college again where I need to finish this paperwork the night before it's due. This sucks it's taken 3 hours to fill out already because they wants so much detailed information.

Good morning.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Im slow to get motivated this morning. I would like to get my nails done today, seeing how I broke one the other day.

Hey Amby, Just wanted to report back that my experiment with truffle oil (the paste sold out) was a success  I made a frittata with truffle oil. And I also made ribeye with a cream-truffle sauce.

awesome! I'm so happy it worked for you :)

what's your next experimental ingredient?

Morning Nagi!

One of the stitches in my mouth has dissolved but only on one side so it's just hanging out and annoying me <_<

I bought a pound of jamon serrano and that is this week's secret ingredient. It tasted like dirt when I ate it by itself, but it actually tasted quite good when I put some in the frittata. I am going to try this recipe sometime this week.
