Sign-In Fail Question

Hey again everyone,

I was thrilled today when I tried to log-in to the online payment center and received my "sign-in fail" notice. I promptly called the NVC to confirm, however, and they said that my case is still under review and it doesn't look like it's been touched since July 27th when I sent in some documents after a very small and silly RFE.

Does anyone know what else the sign-in fail could mean? I'm getting pretty nervous... I thought the operators had the most up-to-date info? :(

Okay wait... now we got this email:

Dear Sir/Madam:

All documentation necessary to complete the National Visa Center's processing of your case has been received. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable) will be notified.

The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa.

The US Embassy or Consulate General may require additional documentation at the time of the interview.

Thanks everyone! I'm so incredibly excited! My husband is leaving to go back to the US in about a week and I was really hoping and praying that at least the NVC part would be over by the time he left. Very glad it is - it's like a little bit of renewed hope/encouragement to push us along :)
