Hi there,

I was wondering, since I am self employed, is the CO going to ask for bank records?

I really dont want to show them what I have,(or dont HAHA) in the bank. I gave a copy of my last years tax return, and will give my 1099s and a copy of settlement that I receive each week. Would that be enough proof so that I dont have to give them my bank statement?

We are schedules for 9-29-10 for an interview. I will acompany my fiance in the interview. Good luck to all!! B-):D

For the I-134 if your self employed you will need to submit a copy of your last income tax return filed: or report of comemrcial rating concern. I'm in a similar situation that my income returns do not show enough income but my 1099's are well above the poverty lines. I don't want to chance it so I'll use a sponsor as well.
