Hi everyone,

My interview is coming...it's on Aug 16...but now I still need some help from u guys...I just want to know ..Is there anybody ever have ur parent writting a letter to prove that u both live in their house together? :unsure:

I just need an example letter...If u guys have it...pls tell me...I need to write it asap...Thank u for ur help... :thumbs:

05/15/06 Wedding for Visa

06/10/06 Mailed AOS papers

07/06/06 Biometerics Apt

07/15/06 My offical wedding day....I know .....:-)

07/10/06 Touched

08/25/06 EAD Approvel

09/01/06 EAD in Hand

09/26/06 AOS Interview (Recommend for Approval)

10-05-06 Received Welcome Letter

10-10-06 Green Card Arrived.

I am going to be getting a notorized letter from my inlaws saying that I have lived with them for x amount of months. It would probably look something like this

IMMIGRATION ADDRESS

RE: STATEMENT OF RESIDENCY

To Whom it May Concern:

(You and your spouses full name) have been living with (full name of your parents) since (date) until the present time. We (charge/do not charge) rent in the amount of $___.

If you have any questions, you may contact us at by phone at (parents phone number), or by email at (parents email).

NOTARIZED

That's about it. If you have something simple like that, I'm sure it would be fine. Anyone else have a suggestion to help them out??

Oct. 12 2005 Applied for K3 (Day 1)

Jan. 9th 2006 Received packet 3 (Day 89)

Jan. 19th 2006 Sent back packet 3 (Day 99)

March 20th 2006 Received packet 4 (Day 159)

April 20th 2006 K3 Appointment in Montreal (Day 190)

April 21st 2006 Received K3 (Day 191)

April 22nd 2006 Arrived in Florida!!!!! (Day 192)

July 13th 2006 SSN card arrives in the mail (Day 71)

Nov. 18th 2006 Biometrics taken (Day 19)
