Hi all!

Just wanted to let you know that our K1 has been approved, I received an email from USCIS a few hours ago!! :dance: The NOA2 should be in our mailbox in a few days. We have been approved 5 months exactly after NOA1, without any touch in between.

Don't lose hope! :no:

Congratulations on your approval! My thoughts and prayers go out to all those who are still enduring this process. I'm praying for speedy approvals for all those still without NOA2's. This is the year that we will all be reunited with our loved ones.

This is the year that we will all be reunited with our loved ones.

I believe this! Good luck to all in their endeavor!

I called and woke my fiancee up with the good news about the petition approval. She was groggy at first... till I told her it was approved. Talk about waking up at a high rate of speed! She must have done a back-flip out of her bed.

That and I informed her I purchased the tickets to Thailand to fly out on the 3rd of February and stay 3 weeks. The excitement in her voice put me on top of the world!

Just wanted to do a mini update. I received a hard copy of my NOA2 in the mail today, and i called the NVC number to check if they received my case, and i was surprised to hear that our case was forwarded to the Moscow embassy last friday. That was a lot quicker than i thought it would be. I guess i should start getting her prepared for the interview :)

Apparently that link is no longer working and the embassy doesn't think we need to view the online schedule anymore so nevermind. :whistle:

Email them instead and they will inform you of your interview date (if you're anything like me and can't wait for pony express to arrive with the letter.)

I'm really hoping that you hear something soon Ashex, as well as all of the other August filers who have yet to hear anything.

I double checked my notes today, I actually called USCIS on Thursday so the 9 bus day estimate they gave me is actually on track. I just hate having to wait :(

Thank you Dogspot for the email address and the help info! I sure would like to know in advance when her interview date would be! I'm hoping to have her with me in the U.S by March or April. I will certainly keep you informed. :)

So now that I've got it (OMG still can't believe I'm out of the CSC hahahaha) how long until / when should I contact the NVC? I'm still waiting on my hard copy. I received my text and email yesterday.
