NVC received our case on the 10th. I assume it's been sent to Montreal by now, but my fiance hasn't been able to get in contact with NVC today. Seems they closed early. Bah!

I called USCIS today as I have reached the 5 month mark. They confirmed that I have indeed hit the 5 month mark and told me to call back in 3 days if I have not received anything from them. Has anyone else been told to call back in 3 days? Nice that they told me to call back on Saturday!

We got the email today!!! 142 days ... that is 11 days before our 5 month mark. I can only hope that it means good things. Can't wait for the next steps.

Could you please fill out your timeline? it would really help us all here =)

Thanks!

We have the same NOA date. I have not called them yet, as i am giving them a few days before i initiate any kind of action to find out where my case is. It appears as though a few August filers have been getting approvals 2 days after their 5 month mark. I didn't know that they were available for calls on saturdays? If so, i will give them a call on saturday as well if i don't hear anything by then. Hope we both get good news before then.
