Hi there fellow Filipinas for K1 visa...hope this would help you! Please dont wait and wait for the PACKET 3 anymore, I dont know maybe some received, some dont...me I dont received any packet 3, im located here In Manila Philippines specifically in Pasig area, all you need to have is the letter from the NVC showing your manila case number, if you have it, you'll be fine. You can schedule for an interview 2 weeks after and start your medical. Thats what I did and evrything works great. Im now on my second day for my medical. Please be in SLMC ahead of time, I was there for 6:45am and got 194 as my number really sucks I thought Im on the top first person (lol)GOODLUCK ALL AND GOD BLESS!

my fiance recieved a letter from the nvc last july 31 but it was dated july 24 they said they will forward our case to the manila embassy althought its just 1 week since we got the letter but i really dont want to wait again i dont know if the manila embassy will notify us if they already had our papers but since we already have the case no.from the nvc im planning also to call them next week and set an appointment im just waiting for package that my fiance sent to me last day,..i really want to have interview done before end of sept.thats why im waiting for the manila embassy even though i heard that info also that theres no longer packet 3 than i guess i will not waste my time waiting for nothing..

hello..good day...it's almost 2 weeks now after the embassy received our case from NVC..still we are waiting for the packet from the embassy(letter.. )...yes, others just presented their letter from NVc with their manila case during their med exam..I'm just alil worried about the interview, coz they said, before you can enter embassy grounds, you need to present the letter from the embassy to the guard and appointment letter(is this true??..or just the email notification of appointment you will present..??..)..as for us, we already have our schedule for the interview but no embassy letter yet(worried if it's needed)..I wonder when it will come..I only have a 2 weeks left prior to my interview date(...how long do you have to wait for that letter?? )...it's difficult for us coz I'm living in the province...just putting everything to God's guidance and grace that everything will go well and we will get an approval ...God bless us all on our journey!!!..

if you have the confirmation of your appointment you are good ....you need not to worry anything. When my fiance called the us embassy, he asked all the possible questions he can ask and the costumer service representative said that you just need to bring the confirmation (sent via email) and all the other required documents - the website was in the letter for you to check and where you can download the ds forms - and yes, you're right give all our cares to God - His will won't take us where His GRACE won't prevail so Keep the faith up - we are on the finishing line - He who began a work in you will be able to complete it!!!!!

Yup...the interview appointment confirmation email from the Embassy is what you need. Don't wait around for anything else because they probably won't send anything. Chinook never received anything from the Embassy other than the email confirmation for her interview appointment.

Yup...the interview appointment confirmation email from the Embassy is what you need. Don't wait around for anything else because they probably won't send anything. Chinook never received anything from the Embassy other than the email confirmation for her interview appointment.

yeah, that would be the best thing to do, try to contact and schedule for an interview, in scheduling for an interview, the only thing they would ask would be the Manila case number, the passport number, your full name and address and your bday. If they ask if you received a letter just say YES and you'll be fine. Then they would ask you the specific date you want to be interviewed and check if that would be available...Good luck for you and feel free to asked some further questions.....i passed my medical yesterday and now im waiting for my interview date, that would be on Aug 16.....

My interview date would be on Aug 16, 2010 around 7am. According to them, you need to download the packet 3 which can be found on the their company website and I did. I have already passed my medical thanks GOD..now waiting for my interview date......Goodluck for us....
