i got the NOA for the AOS and EAD about 4 days ago now but i cant check my case online it says incorect ,i was wondering if after some days i can check my case online? please help me ,iam confused thanks

It looks like a lot of people have had a problem with checking their status today. It's probably just a server issue and will be resolved soon enough. OR your case might not be in the system yet.

May 2nd - Sent I-129F to Vermont

May 13th - NOA1

June 23rd - recieved RFE (IMBRA)

June 24th - Sent back RFE

June 27th - 7 touches

June 30th - touched

July 3rd - touched

July 10th - NOA2 notice via email

July 14th - NOA2 via snail mail

July 14th - petition mailed thru DHL to Asuncion, PY

Week of July 17th - Embassy received my petition

July 24th - beneficiary receives packet 3

July 27th - medical exam

Aug 7th - interview - approved :)

Aug 11th - picked up his visa

Aug 21st - purchased plane ticket!

Aug 30th - reunion day :)

My husband was unable to check the status of his EAD and AOS after he received the NOAs for both of his applications. However, after he went to his biometrics appointment, he was able to check both the EAD and AOS online. Maybe this may be your situation.

K-1 Timeline

29 Sep 05 - K-1 application received at CSC
03 Oct 05 - NOA-1 dated 29 Sep 05 received by snail mail
13 Dec 05 - NOA-2 dated 7 Dec 05 received by snail mail
16 Feb 06 - Successful Interview! (Day 140)

AOS Timeline

21 Jul 06 - AOS NOA
21 Aug 06 - RFE
24 Oct 06 - Interview
03 Apr 08 - AOS approved (631 days from NOA to Approval)

Naturalization Timeline Timeline

23 Sep 15 - NOA
16 Dec 15 - Interview
23 Feb 16 - Naturalization Ceremony (DONE)

We still can't check our cases and it's been 25 plus days since our NOAs. We've completed our Biometrics, and still nothing...

12-05 NOA1 snail mail

12-13 NOA2 via internet (day 14)

12-17 NOA2 snail mail

02-22-06 Interview passed, K1 Visa approved.

02-24 Visa arrived

04-14 Arrive in America.. SHE'S HERE!

10-18 Sent 'Status Inquiry' snail mail about EAD/AP not online and not approved.

10-31 AP/EAD/AOS touched

11-03 11-07 11-11 and 11-13 EAD touched.

11-15 Day 123 (Day 68 since the RFE) EAD approved 11-14 email! AP still waiting.

11-16 10 AM Aos approved, 2 weeks to the green card we hope!

11-16 2PM EAD card in the mail.

11-17 Email "Welcome letter"

11-20 Welcome letter in Mail

11-27 Another "Welcome" email dated 11-27, changed from 11-17

11-29-06 GC in Mail, Were done for 1.75 years!

Wow that is weird! I guess USCIS is behind in updating the website in some cases and not in others :unsure: .
