Ok so I got the name of the supervisor I am to write this emai to..supervisor Sue

what is all the information I need to submit in this email so that I can continue with the expedite. I do not want to miss anything here if you know all of the information please let me know ASAP I want to send this email today!!

I had my I-130 expedite approved for military reasons... how do i expedite through the nvc?

Marriage: 2010-05-19

I-130 Sent: 2010-06-22

I-130 NOA1: 2010-07-11

I-130 Approved: 2010-07-30

NVC Received: 2010-08-17

Received DS-3032/I-864 Bill: 2010-08-31

Return Completed DS-3032: 2010-09-01

Pay I-864 Bill: 2010-09-01

NVC Accepted DS-3032: 2010-09-03

I-864 shows as PAID 2010-09-03

Return Completed I-864: 2010-09-04

Receive IV Bill: 2010-09-14

IV Bill showed PAID: 2010-09-16

Mailed DS-230: 2010-09-16

Receive Instruction Package : 2010-09-16

DS-230 arrived at NVC: 2010-09-17

DS-230 entered into AVR: 2010-09-21

Sign In Failed: 2010-10-04

Case Complete per NVC: 2010-10-04

Consulate Received :

I had my I-130 expedite approved for military reasons... how do i expedite through the nvc?

As soon as you get NVC number call back operator and give her your email (yours and spouse) then inform her that your case was expedited at USCIS then he/she will tell you to send an e mail att: PI Supervisor Sue. On the email you need to include NVC # and some information and the reason for requesting expedite. There is a post on August NVC thread that gives detail instructions.

hi there guys, i just finished sending a letter to NVC with attention to PI SUE as she had infromed me. my wifes CR-130 filig is lagging it has been 8 weeks since approval from NVC.

has sending and email with PI SUE worked out...is this the form of expediting? how long does it take to get a reply that the case was indeed expediated?
