It takes about 8-10 weeks from when you file your AOS packet to get your EAD. So probably late Oct for you. :clock::)

Hi,

I noticed we both have a very similar time line. Let's keep in touch to see how both of us are progressing. If you flip back, you'll see USCIS received our applications on the same day. My wife's interview was on MOnday 9/20 so we're pretty much on the same page.

Good luck. Let me know of any developments and we'll do the same!

Yes you can. There is someone in the July Filers thread who has received their AP, but because they live in the Dallas area and that office is backed up, they are still waiting for their biometrics letter. I think their VJ name is A+B.

if u look below at my signature, is it safe to say that my cases arent being forwarded to CSC?

it seems that those who have been transfered already received their email/text/letter saying so and weve gotten nothing....

any ideas?

The fact that you haven't heard anything yet probably means you won't be transferred. Several August filers have already been transferred and some folks receive their transfer notice before they even receive their biometrics letter. If you haven't already, you should probably start gathering your evidence for the interview.
