I understand the frustration but what you really NEED to do relax a little and look at the timelines of people who have gone through the process before you. You'll see plenty of examples where people have gotten bio letter anywhere from 2 days to 2 months. There are some July filers who still have not gotten their bio letter yet. Looking at your timeline, its only been 4 business days since you got your NOA1, I dont see a reason why you need to worry or even call USCIS. If you spend some time on this forum you'll find out that half the time the Customer Rep. dont even know what they are talking about. They have a script and go by that.

That is the problem I am seeing many members already getting their biometrics appointment and we having similar time lines I still do not have mine… I work on a Federal Agency and when I see our workflow and how long it takes for us to process cases…. I cannot imagine being in a similar situation having to wait so long…

Having similar timeline gives a good reference point but does doest guarentee that you'll have similar timeline. There are always outliers, just like you.

So, today I called to the USCIS for information about my case… I know I’m desperate! Asking if something happen that I haven’t received my Biometrics appointment… so they told me I have to wait at least 30 days after receiving the NOA’s by mail, to then filed a claim for not getting the appointment… Aggg… So, anyways… I have to wait…

Also I ask if the work flow was the problem, and she told me that they are working Feb. 7 application… WHAT??????? I ask her if I had to wait for them to finish those cases to get my appointment she said no! Just at least 30 days… in between those days you should get ur appointment… :( Thankfully our local office don’t work our cases… because that will drive me crazy!

My NOA1 is dated from August 19th and I have not received my biometrics letter yet. I have been transfered 10 days ago to CSC though. I am going to call USCIS on monday because it will be over 30 days that i received my NOA1.

I don't have them either on both my NOA's for AOS and EAD (didn't file for AP).

But on my biometrics letter there's no slot for "Priority Date" .... I'm guessing that's just how it is. I'm going to go to my appointment at the scheduled time and day. --it's the most convenient for us personally anyways :)

I just received an email that my AOS application was transferred to CSC today. Is this a good or bad thing now? I read somewhere that cases that got transferred are likely to get approved without an interview but I also read somewhere that they seem to be backed up at the CSC so I don't know whether I should be happy or sad now..?

I had called USCIS up today, and my call was escalated to 2nd tier. Actually, I had to enquire about my EAD application which has been expedited by my congressmen's office. (My cases don't show up on uscis.gov yet). The officer was polite, and he told me (in a very vague way) that I shouldn't be worried about the expedite as I would get my EAD by 29th of September. What would that mean, literally? Has it been mailed, or has the EAD card production been issued, or..... ?

Any clues, anyone?

I think you are mistaken, 12/03/09 is acceptable as it clearly says in the USCIS website. Its 12/16/2008 the one that they are rejecting as they did for me and many others who filed in July with me.

Whoever filed 12/03/09 should NOT be worried at all, until USCIS explicitly says that they are not accepting it.

It is acceptable, I didn't say it wasn't. However, there have been a few people who used this form and got their packets returned. I believe NewYorkSydney had that happen to them. It could just be that not everyone in USCIS got the memo that it is still accepted.
