I see there is no example form for this so can someone please just clarify a couple of questions for me.

21a/b Name of persons names in 14 and 19 who will accompany you or follow at a later date.

Well I had to name my husband in number 14 as he is my spouse, yet he will be neither following me or coming at a later date. Is it ok to put N/A?

Also it asks what my intended occupation is going to be and i have no idea, is it ok to put unknown?

Thanks

Sorry a couple more questions (if there is a sample form PLEASE point me in the right direction).

In the education section do i list ALL of my education from primary school through to college, or just where i would of gained a diploma.

In the section where it asks for ALL visits to the US, is that really ALL cuz i went there back when I was 12 and since i met my husband have been going back there back and forth alot over the 3 years. Is it ok to add an extra sheet and will that look bad if there are so many frequent visits.

Again thanks for the help!

I dont know what to put for question 21a and b as my husband is already living there, and if you know the answers to anything else i asked i would appreciate it, especially the fact i have been to the US ALOT to see my husband will harm anything........Im over-reacting right? Time for bed i think!

21a/b If there is no-one that will be immigrating with you then you would put 'NONE'

Intended occupation - I listed 'home duties'. If you dont know I cant see an issue with ansering it honestly and saying 'I do not know at this time'.

I listed right from grade school but others have only listed senior, college etc.

Visits- You can use a seperate sheet if there is not enough room. List them all.

You can use the example DS-230 for guidance as part 1 is applicable for all.

You can find me on FBI
