she might need your marriage certificate not CENOMAR..she couldn't get CENOMAR( Certificate of NO Marriage)..god bless!!

hi john & marie,

im also been married to my husband here in the philippines but we will still need to have a CENOMAR but this is actually a Form CRS 5 since u already married.. if ur wife file this CENOMAR in registrar office or NSO offices the NSO automatically give ur wife Form CRS 5 not a CENOMAR itself since u both already married,,,hope it helps u guys..

If your wife gets a CENOMAR then you petitioned for the wrong visa... because that document says she is not married and therefore ineligible for a spousal visa

if ur married u need to get CEMAR.. cert. of marriage...

if u r married and u get a CENOMAR tho the doc. is for single it will show that u are married to someone...

if CEMAR this doc. is for married people, will show whom u are married before or name of ur current spouse...
