Hello,

My wife entered on a K-1 Visa, May 26. We got married shortly after and we have finally received our certified copy of the marriage certificate.

When filling out the forms does she put her married name? Or does she put the name on her Visa?

Also, as far as getting a social security card before doing the AOS...what does she need to do in order to get a SSN? Can we file for one before sending in the AOS papers?

We have gotten married within the 90 days, but is there is a deadline in which you need to file the AOS? The 90 days will expire at the end of August.

Another question I have is getting a CS to transcribe her medical papers to the I-693...Does anyone know of a CS in Los Angeles that will do it for a reasonable cost? Where can i get the list of CS in my area?

Thank you all in advance!
