Is it to late to ask for expedited processing?

First i want to know if its too late to ask or does it not matter? Second, i want to know if i need a specific reason for why i want my case expedited? im wondering if there would be a way.........Ive looked at peoples timelines where they had expedited processing and there very quick, there like the greatest thing.

What is your reason? The expedited criteria is very limited...

Honestly if you didn't need a specific reason to get an expedite than everyone would want one and it would become just as slow as regular processing.

most of us that got expedited were because of being military. I was deployed to kuwait when we filed ours. If you can meet the criteria, I can possibly help you out...although, I dont know how to expedite without being military as I called the military helpline to expedite the USCIS.

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

Scott, I see you could expedite your immigration based on active Military work.

Probably my question would be meaningless. She is India now and worked as a trainee for U.S Army for couple of weeks only.

Can I expedite our I-130 based on my wife's previous military (trainee) experience?

Loto - your wife does not qualify. The expedites for those currently in the military and pending deployment to an active area. You cannot get an expedite based on previous 'trainee' experience.

Yeah unfortunately you would have to be on active duty or have orders to go on a deployment. It sucks on how long everything takes to do it right. Just keep the faith, things will move along. Good luck with your journey!
