we got our approval December 20th, but still no card yet. I called today to ask where the card was and they said it hadn't been sent out yet, that it normally takes at least 4 weeks to be sent out. changed my address online today too, so hopefully that doesnt mess things up too much!

June 20th 2007.....I-129f Sent to CSC!

July 7th 2007....NOA1

November 8th....NOA2

December 8th.....Packet 3 Received (Sent back 10th)

January 8th.....Packet 4 Received

January 16th.....Interview in London

January 20th....Flight to AZ via JFK, received temp EAD

February 29th...Civil Ceremony

March 10th...I485, I765 & I131 sent to Chicago

March 22nd....Received NOA for I485, I131 & I765 (All dated March 18th)

March 24th....Received Biometrics Appointment Letter (dated March 20th)

April 7th...Request for Initial Evidence for I485 (Received in MO on the 10th)

April 9th....Biometrics Appointment

May 30th...EAD Card Production Ordered and AP Approved

June 7th....Wedding!!

June 13th...EAD Card & AP in hand

September 22nd...AOS Interview - APPROVED!

Nov 21st...Card Production Ordered!

Nov 22nd...Welcome to America Letter Received

On a side note, I hadn't seen a status change on the USCIS site since I applied for ROC. Today I received an email that post-decision activity have been initiated. I don't know why and what for but now the case status also has been updated to show this.

Did anybody else see their trailing status being updated today?

Psho, first of all Happy birthday to you and I'm so sorry for the RFE, it's a pain in the butt!! However, this at least means they've picked up your file and reviewed it. I've seen a lot of people got approved shortly after submitting more evidences. I'm sure you'll be fine.

For me, I still don't know what's going on with my case, no RFE, no update, no approval.. it's frustrating. It's been over 3 months after my bio.

We also got an RFE/NOA dated 1/4/11 for a missed siggie on the K-2 app (It should say "spouse/petitioner" on 751!) :bonk:

I got my approval letter in the mail dated the decision date on 1/10/11 and up until now I'm still waiting for my card. It's frustrating since most people (both from August and September's filers list) usually get their card within a week or two after approval.

Has anybody from August here still waiting for their cards after approval? I checked my USCIS online status and it's still say "initial review", and I still haven't got any email notifications for card production. I had to wait almost 5 months for my approval letter and now I have to wait longer than others for card production. I'm so sick of waiting.. urghh!!!!

It's a pain, isn't it... FWIW I got the email and text notifications, then 4 days later the card came in the mail, and it was another week or so before the approval letter came. I had multiple emails/texts and eventually the status was updated on the USCIS website, but it was after I got the card, certainly. Kinda topsy-turvy, huh...:bonk: Unfortunately, this is just a patience game. I had to wait till mid-December for my biometrics. At least you've had the approval letter and not been asked for an interview. I know you want the card, but at least you know it's on its way! Hang in there! :)

Hello everyone,

On Jan 25 I received an e-mail alert from USCIS they have ordered production of new card, and to allow 30 days for the card to be mailed.

Another e-mail was received on Jan 27, stating they mailed a notice that the petition to remove conditions on residence is approved.

I checked the website, glad to see its updated, its on post-decision activity.

Thank God! I wish the rest will be approved, too.

It's a pain, isn't it... FWIW I got the email and text notifications, then 4 days later the card came in the mail, and it was another week or so before the approval letter came. I had multiple emails/texts and eventually the status was updated on the USCIS website, but it was after I got the card, certainly. Kinda topsy-turvy, huh...:bonk: Unfortunately, this is just a patience game. I had to wait till mid-December for my biometrics. At least you've had the approval letter and not been asked for an interview. I know you want the card, but at least you know it's on its way! Hang in there! :)

Thanks for your kind words StoryAngel. Congratulations on your approval and the new card. :dance: I guess there's nothing I can do except just keep waiting. I still haven't received any new updates on my online status, so I'm not sure if they even order card production for me yet. But hopefully the same thing happen to me that I get the card and then status update later.. that would be awesome. :)
