V33k, you may be onto a great idea! Maybe we should get our state representatives onto this great idea! :)

Probably we should have an amendment to immigration reform...

It is so degrading that when we make a tiny mistake, we are on the verge of deportation, but when they make mistakes, we have to go above and beyond to prove that they are wrong... which causes our applications to get delayed and they would never admit it.

Once again I reiterate that if we threw in a bunch of monkeys in their places, we will have a much more controlled environment :devil:

I was thinking of adding a column with local district office. It may be helpful in gauging how long it will take for biometrics appointments. Is that okay?

If you check the citizenship filers threads, they have more columns than here and it seems to be working for them.

I tried to edit the timeline as mine was 31st of July instead of the 1st of Aug.

I am unable to save it in the same format and have tried it multiple times so will request someone to please change mine from 8/1/2020 to 7/31/2020.

Hi everybody, I will be sending my documents for removing conditions in one week. I have a question about the form I-751, When is asking me about list all the children. My husband has two girls from his previous marriage, and we will have one first daughter together in two weeks. My question is Should I just list the daughter that we are having even though she will be citizen? Do I need to list also the daughters of my husband?. Do I need to wait until my daughter born or I can send my application the week before she born. I say the week before because my daughter will born in august 23rd and my 90 days window start august 17.

Please give me advises.

Hi Geico,

congrats for the baby girl! You said your 90 days window starts august 17th so why dont you send your docs after her birth? That will be an other solid proof when you add her birth cert and some cute pics to your package. On the forms it says that YOU should list all YOUR children.

name when i renew the card. Would that be a problem when I sent them a copy of my old green card?
