Got my bio appointment letter today- 9/8 but I will be out of the country. So my husband and I thought of doing an early walk-in.

Can someone add it to the timeline? I am on my phone and will be out of town till Monday.

I am not sure about how lenient is the Seattle office for early walk-in. Every time I go there, there are always so swamp. You could try an early walk-in or maybe make an infopass explaining the situation to an IO. I am sure they would just let you do it the same day if you ask nicely and have travel documents showing you can't make it in September.

I arrived early for my AOS biometrics in Seattle and there was a queue half an hour before opening. It was insane. But I am sure if she can show she will be out of the country, they will let her do an early walk-in. Hopefully, she can chimes in later and let us know how it went.

I have no idea how to do the rich text thing, so I'm hoping someone can add us on to the list!

We mailed our I751 packet to California service center today, our local DO is Tucson, AZ

Lets get this done quick...we have a 4 day all inclusive trip to a 5star resort in Cancun booked in October and my company is paying for it all, so hopefully this gets completed before then!

February 29th...Civil Ceremony

March 10th...I485, I765 & I131 sent to Chicago

March 22nd....Received NOA for I485, I131 & I765 (All dated March 18th)

March 24th....Received Biometrics Appointment Letter (dated March 20th)

April 7th...Request for Initial Evidence for I485 (Received in MO on the 10th)

April 9th....Biometrics Appointment

May 30th...EAD Card Production Ordered and AP Approved

June 7th....Wedding!!

June 13th...EAD Card & AP in hand

September 22nd...AOS Interview - APPROVED!

Nov 21st...Card Production Ordered!

Nov 22nd...Welcome to America Letter Received

Nov 29th 2008...Green Card Received!!!

Aug 20th 2010...Mailed I-751 to CSC

So, did you call USCIS and figure it out? I hope you'll not get another 2 more different Bio letter tomorrow... :whistle:

Nope, only received one biometrics notice so far. I did not call USCIS but will bring the letters to the biometrics appointment and

let them figure it out.:wacko:wacko.gif
