Hi everyone,

I finally received a very nice e-mail this afternoon, here it is:

Application Type: CRI89 , PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED

Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production

On November 15, 2010, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

So after a month and 11 days since biometrics, i can finally relax and forget about USCIS for a while,

Good luck to everyone else, i am sure there will be more approvals in the weeks ahead, seems like vermont center wants to get rid of cases rapidly, since the upcoming fee increase means that they will receive a bigger caseload.

I would say our local office, but when you go to check the processing times under local office form 751 doesn't show up...so I guess it's the CSC.

On the other hand, it's my understanding that the confirmation letter of approval you are getting it from the local office. Confusing...I know! :bonk: :bonk: :bonk: :bonk: :bonk:

I am living in Cleveland, OHIO. And i do believe that there are not too many applications for I-751 in this city for August 2010.

But still my case is pending it has been now 90 days passed ...I thought it would be quicker than any other states.

Probably the holdup is not related to your State's speed, but the service center (Vermont or California?) Once they decide if they want to forward your application to your local office, then that's when you can expect a little faster response.

When we receive our Approved letter From USCIS, what is written on the mail?

Is it sent from our local office or it says the CSC(california service center)?

If it says CSC then, review process i believe was done by them not our local office.
