Filing date for I 751

Hello,

My AOS was approved on July 14, 2010 and expires on July 14, 2012 -

am I right in estimating that we are first eligible to

file for i751 on May 13th 2012?

Your first eligible filing date should be Monday, April 16, 2012.

I subtract 89 days (this makes your expiration date the 90th day). I never new if USCIS meant 90 days prior to expiration or 90 days til expiration so to be on the safe side I count the expiration date as one of the 90 days.
