Question on making corrections

I have a few questions.

My application have been received the week (confirm via text & email) & the check have been cashed (yesterday).

I am 100% certain that I may get a RFE because on my wife's G-325A she have our wrong marriage date (The correct marriage date is on my G-325A, the I-130 form & the Marriage Certificate) she also had the wrong size pics - 2" x 1 1/2" and not 2x2.

Today I found out that her mother gave her the wrong DOB year (for mother), the mother gave her 1941 when it is actually 1940. Women pretending to be younger, hehehe.

So that is 3 possible corrections.

My question is if (or when) I get a a RFE for G-325A, do I also make a correction for her mother's DOB even if they didn't catch it?

I have both the correct pics (4 pics) & the corrected G-325A in my possession now and are just waiting.

She have with her (for later in the stage):

NBI Clearance (No derogatory record) - she got it ths week.

Police Certificate - she also got it this week.

4 extra 2x2 passport pics.

Completed & signed DS-230

Completed & signed DS-3032 (may do email).

She is in the process of getting an other "original" copy of her birth certificate again (I mistakenly send in the original -which look like a copy) with the I-130.

She will also get another "original" Marriage Certificate - to be safe.

She will Fedex everything to me next week after she get the BC.

I have with me:

Original & copy of Marriage Certficate.

Biographic page of her passport.

I-864 Affidavit of Support Form

Tax forms from last 3 years.

Tax transcript from last 3 years have been ordered & are on their way.

W-2 from last 3 years - but missing a (2008) 1099 from NY State.

In the process of collecting all my pay stubs for the past 6 months (plus those up to when they ask for it).

I will get letter of employment after my manager returns from vacation

Is there anything that I am missing for NVC? I may have everything but I just want to be 100% sure & others sometimes do see things they we don't see. :D

First of all you are way far from your NVC stage. Next thing I saw your I-130 sent date, which is july 20th. So upon receiving your NOA-1, you can send all corrected documents with nice explanation letter which should point out 3 mistakes clearly, and attach only things which are required to be corrected.

Oh also send a copy (zerox copy) of NOA-1.

Good Luck

Thanks for the reply.

I know that I am a long way from the NVC stage.

About the NVC stuff, I did say for later in the stage:. Also, It is never too early to start getting everything ready as you never know when they will process your application - who knows, you can be one of the "lucky" one who get completely process within 1-2 months. :D

I was referring to if / when I get a RFE - do I make a correction on a mistake even if they did not catch it. Which basically means, if I have to resubmit the G-325A - can I submit a completely new updated one?
