I 131 HELP !

Hello !

I have a question. I' m currently putting together the paperwork for Aos. I' ll be sending in also the forms I 765 and I 131. I' m stuck with Advance parole. I' m not actually planning to leave USA while in process for the Green card but if any kind of emergency happens I wanna make sure I applied for AP so I don' t have any issues while coming and going. In this case, what do I put as an intended date of departure ? How do I answer the question 7 ?

put unknown for date of travel, and unknown for length of travel. Tick "multiple trips" just in case.

As for Qn 7, I assume you mean PART 7. In this case you don't write anything. Your eligibility document is a copy of your K1 visa and the fact you're applying for AOS based on that K1 so sending it WITH your AOS application is sufficient (or sending the NOA1 for the AOS if you're sending it after applying for AOS).

My attorney, who is a reputable attorney where i live and has been in immigration for 30 years wrote the following for AP- Travel date September and reason for travel family issues. She said usually she estimated about 3 months from date of filling to pick a date for AP. Let me know if that answered your questions.
