For Question 39 Name and Address of Petitioner, Do I put my information or my Fiancee The US Citizen's information?

Petitioner is the USC. Beneficiary is the intending immigrant.

I thought everyone was asked to fill out Part I only... on my check list it says

DS-230 Biographic Data, only Part I

You need to fill out both parts. You'll send Part I to the Consulate together with the check list and the biograpgical page from your passport...and you will take part II with you, for the interview

Oh so the Part II is actually filled out at the interview?... If not I dont understand why they say "Biographic Data, only Part I" .. btw in my country the embassy dont require me to send a package to the embassy.. I am supposed to bring everything to the interview.. and I dont receive packet 3 either.. just a checklist that was sent to my email with my interview date...thanks

You need to fill out both parts. You'll send Part I to the Consulate together with the check list and the biograpgical page from your passport...and you will take part II with you, for the interview

K-1s do not require DS-230 Part II. This form is used for many visa types.

Just my 2 cents, I would bring everything with me at the interview; it's better to have it all and not need it, than need it and not have it
