Hi everyone,

Thank you so much for all your help so far.

My passport will expire in two months and so I need to send it in to get it renewed. I am a TN overstay, and thus my passport has my long expired I-94 in it, as well as all my stamps, etc. Should I remove the I-94 before sending in the passport, to keep it for a future AOS interview? Is it important to have that? (sent in copy with application).

Thanks!

Yep, they will probably ask for it at the interview. They'll usually keep it.

How long will it take to renew your passport? Because you need that for the interview too ;)

i will have my passport renewed by the time of the interview, but it'll be a new passport, without the I-94, unless I remove the I-94 from the old one?
