ok - with this type of news -

is useful to 'vette the data'

and be able to 'cite' the source .

if in a newspaper, then

edition / publication date

author

newspaper name

newspaper city

if you don't 'vette the data' then you might be guilty of spreading rumour.

Which of course, would suck, a lot - it's an uber-douchey thing, really, to 'spread a rumour' without any 'vetting of data'.

Can you dig some more? I ask, personally, because if the data can be vetted, this is huge frickin news.

Do you remember the conversation? What exactly did you ask them that provoked them to provide you this type of a response (presidential initiative and all)?

For our Case NVC DS-230 approved and closed case in 7 1/2 weeks, from June 29 still now are 4 1/2 weeks waiting..gggg for interview date sheduled my Husband called to NVC every time to NVC and they answer that our interview is for September but NVC not give date exactly, before NVC had 4 weeks and for other step 3 weeks but now is a Disasterrrrr!!!. We are now CR1 but for Agost`ll are IR1 but it we dont happy How long to waittttt...

Well what I know to be true is that they're taking a lot longer than before. We were expecting to get a CC in 8-10 business days because that was the average of days to process the docs once received (based in other people's processing) but it's been 5 weeks now. Can't do much but wait and be patient.
