Hello to everybody!

I am a green card holder married with an US citizen. I have a 13 years old daughter from previous marriage who is living with her father in Romania. How can I bring her in the USA? How long does it take to have her here with me?

You can or your husband can file an I-130 for your daughter. Only takes 6 months or possibly more.

You can or your husband can file an I-130 for your daughter. Only takes 6 months or possibly more.

You can or your husband can file an I-130 for your daughter. Only takes 6 months or possibly more.

The husband would have to file the I-130 the would make the step daughter an immediate relative..If she files and is not a US citizen the wait would be like 7 years...Just speaking from experience.

One more question: my daughter has visitor visa. Can she came here with that visa and after that can we aply for AOS? I am not sure if that is possible.
