I would like to ask all people in F3 category to participate in this thread and post their PDs with progress made so far in their quest for receiving their immigrant visas.

I will start with my own PD which is March. 2003

I sam in this forum that there is only few posts of f3 visa category. So all F3 members pls post here your Priority Dates and when you have received Choice of Agent forms or interview letters. So that we can help each other and predict future progress in our cases.

Thanks

Anyway, why they approve my case so early (december 2009.) if my PD is november 2004. Your timeframe between USCIS approval and NVC approval is 16 months, so i will have to wait for same - around 3 - 3.5 years, because by latest visa bulletin they are doing (under F3 - january 2002.). That`s crazy? Thank you for your opinion.

No more F3? PD`s? Thanx!

My Grandmother filed for my Married MOM... The PD is July 2003... They are playing. They told us allow 990-999 days and that has been years ago. They sent us a letter dated August 9, 2010 requesting Evidence and have the never to ONLY allow 30 days.. so we sent off the documents last week. Since the procsss was takin Sooooooo long... we said screw the process and so my Brother Filed for my MOM & DAD in March 2010 and the case was approved in 4 months. NOW we are at the NVC case.. they have already reviewed the AOS and was accepted.. we sent offf the requested DS-230 and all civil documents and was told to allow 3 more weeks when i calld them on monday... So much faster... and i'm past them USCIS people that are not sooo friendly... seem they can ONLY interact by some script.

Though we are at the NVC stage we still sent off the RFE for my mom's marriage certificate... thing is my lil brother would be able to join my parents in the F3 category BUT not in the IR5 categry... suckz... least my mother and father will have their GC and will start the process for my lil brother.. i know that'l; take about a year and 6 months
