ah ####### i made a mistake.

Just noticed it says this in the shortcuts:

Time to pay your IV Fee Bill

Important note: Do not pay the IV Fee Bill until you have received the bill, via email, from NVC. If you have not received an email within 1-2 days (after it displays as available to be paid), contact NVC to ensure the bill is ready to be paid.

I paid my IV invoice before receiving the email to do so. Only received the email about them receiving choice of agent selection.

Now what?

That's outdated. If it was available to pay on the payment portal then you are fine and it is fine to pay it.

Is the subject line the same for every one requesting an expedite??

Yes Subject line need to be Supervisor name which is Sue

Not sure... this morning the operator told me she was giving me the name of the supervisor I had to write the email to. It may turn out to be the same one, but when you call they will tell you who to write it to. Good luck

Its only one SUPERVISOR and the name is Sue...Sue'll send your request to the embassy too.

Yes me too I learned it in the process. You need to keep and follow-up with operators as soon as the supervisor receive your request she'll not respond to you view e-mail. Only viw mail address, if you expedient request accepted and approved by the supervisor she'll respond to you on the hardcopy letter that will be mail out to you within two weeks.

And then they (NVC) would immediately sent your case to the embassy and they'll notify you so you can contact the embassy directly you need to call OP follow-up with operators.

I still have not received my package for the AOS or DS3032. I ask my wife to send in the DS 3032 via email but she must have some very heavy feet because she is dragging them!!! Where this portal you are speaking of where you check to if there is a bill waiting to be paid. I hate this SH** I feel like I am sitting on my hands...

You (your wife) should get an email with the DS3032 and how to pay for the AOS through the online portal. In that email will be your invoice number as well. You can see from my sig that it took a few days to get the email after receiving my case number.

I never mailed in the DS3032, only had the wife email it and it was approved.

You (your wife) should get an email with the DS3032 and how to pay for the AOS through the online portal. In that email will be your invoice number as well. You can see from my sig that it took a few days to get the email after receiving my case number.

I never mailed in the DS3032, only had the wife email it and it was approved.

Sorry to jump in here... I gave the operators my email and my husbands email (beneficiary) so my question is he has to wait for that email in order to send the DS-3032 email that he appoints me the USC (petitioner) his choice of agent. He can't send that email out until NVC contacts him regarding the DS-3032.

HAHA like the boat? Here okay I will wait for my lovely to move her feet. When sending the supporting document like back statements Brokerage accounts ect. I want to black out the account numbers as I dont think they need that information and I dont need the security risk. What do you thing ... Maybe I will call them on this... You spoke to the operator and update your e-mail you can send E-mail (DS-3032) choice of agent as soon as possible you dont have to wait for them you need to speed up the process I suggest you to do it as soon as possible. you can use VJ Email DS-3032 form

So he can do the email version of the DS 3032 right away? I thought he had to wait for NVC to contact him.... So i will tell him tomorrow to send the email to NVC!!! so excited about that!!!
