Dear Friends

I am a "Silent" reader on this forum. All the informations shared here have been tremendously helpful.

It has enabled me to sail through this process with my sanity intact.

I have one more question for you guys.

My AOS Bill and my IV Bill have already been paid.

We got the receipts from NVC too.

Now for sending the packages (I-864 and DS 230),

Should we wait for the NVC to contact us with the appropriate forms?

In their website they ask us to wait until they contact us

That is what I have been doing for two weeks .Nothing from their part

My docs are ready to be sent .

Were you guys contacted before sending your packages ?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi, if your both the bills show as paid. You can print the document coversheet with the barcode in it.

Put it on top of all the documents and send both the packages to NVC.

Goodluck.

Just as you were told If you go to the pay online site and enter your # info you will see the button where you can print out your cover-page. This document has your bar code on it and the NVC mailing address. If you wish you can also wait for the email from NVC with attachments which will also have a Cover-letter attached. Your well on you way. Good Luck and as requested FILL OUT YOUR TIME LINE.Its not hard to do just go to top of VJ page and you will see immigration timeline button . You can figure it out from there.

Thanks

Hello people! :)

I just read ALL 32 PAGES  and I want to say/ask a couple of things! :)

First, congratulations TomD, Emilly, Teya and everyone else that I couldn't remember! Thank you for sharing ur experience so we, who follow you, know what to do!

My question is - since we have an attorney (a very slow and not very helpful one) and from what I've read on VJ we are not going to have to file the DS-3032, do we just receive the AOS bill?? Or do we wait for a confirmation that we have an agent assigned automatically?

Mrs.&Mr.D- The DS3032 thing is correct since the attorney is assigned to be your choice of agent. Hopefully they will give your e-mails to the NVC so that the bills can be sent to you. I'm not quite sure as to how that works because many people have ditched the lawyer at this stage so I never get to see what a lawyer would do after that. You could try asking the member "boldee" who I think still has a lawyer on board for his case. Otherwise, I'm sure someone will come along and answer you! 32 pages is better than the 251 pages of the March thread!

msd-Awww thanks!!!!!! I hope to make you "happy" again today :P
