ak205- Yeah, they usually have the e-mail address already if it was written on the I-130. Congrats on the case number! Good news and not even July yet.

Jonathan Doe the 12th- Do you think you will make it over 40 pages for your month? I guess if I use my gift of gab like I did in the March thread you will :P 40 pages just from me :P. Hi all!!

Waiting on NVC to give me a number... file has not gotten there yet!!

I am working on all the paperwork I will be submitting plus getting documents translated. I am just about done with DS-230 and I-864. Just need to go thru them and make sure they are perfect!! lol I am sure that I will have plenty of questions, thank you all in advance for your help and patience.

I've been calling NVC at least once a day and the recording says they havent gotten my file yet.... the USCIS approved NOA-2 on the 21st. I will check again on Monday...

10/11/2010: AOS review fee ($88) online payment - IN PROCESS

10/14/2010: AOS status 'PAID'

10/19/2010: DS-230 IV status 'PAID'

10/20/2010: AOS & DS-230 IV package sent

10/22/2010: AOS & DS-230 IV package delivered. Signed by: J Desmond.

11/14/2010: received checklist for missing passport office PCC.

11/10/2010: NVC Completion

GOT NVC NUMBER, It was entered into the system on June 30th!! So now I just have to wait till Monday to speak to a "HUMAN" as Darnell says and give them my hubby's e-mail and my e-mail. Teya when I get someone on the phone should I then tell them that my case was expedited at USCIS and want to continue with that with NVC stage?

I got everything ready so I will be finishing up all forms today!! Very happy and thankful to God, for He knows all situations and all is under His control!!

Emily- Congrats on the number! I would tell them you e-mail addresses and then tell them that you want to expedite your case. I think they will want you to send them an e-mail stating why and maybe some proof. I'm not quite sure. Good luck and let us know what they say. :thumbs:
