Welcome to the August 2010 NVC thread :dance: . Join in and ask any questions you have and together we (hopefully people join) should be able to guide you through it.

There is one more business day left in July but after that its off to August and hoping all the March and April Filers start seeing their NOA2s. Again welcome to the thread, Best of LUCK :thumbs: and hope to see a lot more progress this month.

I just called NVC and they gave me the case number starting with BMB.

After that the operator just said aloud my and my husband's email addresses, and i just confirmed that it is the same.

Means were they already having it ?

CR-1 -- California Service Center -- Mumbai Consulate, India

16th March 2010: I130 sent
25th March 2010: NOA1 Received
23rd July 2010: I130 Approved
Your I-130 was approved in 120 days from your NOA1 date.

30th July 2010: NVC Received
14th Sept 2010: Case complete at NVC
22nd Oct 2010: Interview date assigned
19th Nov 2010: Interview at 7:30 A.M IST APPROVED
