My fiancee and I were wondering how we would go about getting her drivers license and SS card after we marry.

I've seen the guides for k-1 visa ss cards but wasn't sure if it applied to us.

Also, we received a ss card application form for my fiancee when we purchased our marriage license since she had no ss #. Is this all we need? Its a vwp marriage.

---------OUR TIMELINE----------

May 3rd 2010----- Arrived in the U.S. on a visit from England

May 15th 2010---- Ryan proposed to me and I decided to stay with him in the U.S.

July 28th 2010--- Got our marriage license. 56 dollars! >.<

August 7th 2010-- Wedding scheduled at Stone Mtn! Haaaaaappy Daaaays!!!!!

He can't until he has his EAD or green card. He has no status to apply for a ssn, although he may apply for an individual taxpayer number. If he has an international driver's license and his home country license (must have both in his possession) he is legal in most states to drive.
