hello guys

i finally got this on today after long time but what does it means pls help do i have to send some evidence pf marriage u know mails,letters chat log etc...?

we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the requested information. This case will be in suspense until we receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Once we receive the requested evidence or information and make a decision on the case, you will be notified by mail. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

A request for evidence is made when an application/petition is lacking required documentation/evidence (initial evidence) or the officer needs more documentation/evidence (additional evidence) to determine an applicant's eligibility for the benefit sought. We may send you a request for evidence at any stage of our review. The request will indicate what evidence or information is needed for us to fully evaluate your application or petition. The notice will explain where to send the evidence and will give the deadline for your response. Your application or petition will be held in suspense during that time. If you receive a request for evidence and have questions about what you need to submit, you may call our National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283.

It means exactly what it says. You have been hit with an RFE (Request for Further Evidence) because after reviewing your file they found something lacking and need you to send something in or complete something left blank.

It is possible you need to send in further evidence (documents or proofs) but it is also equally likely you did not fill out one of the forms correctly.

There is a pinned thread in this forum called the "Stupid RFE Thread". While the name is a little silly, it is probably a good idea to review the messages in this thread and compare it to the I130 petition that you submitted.

Hopefully you will have a photocopy of your entire I130 petition so you can check if there is anything you may have omitted when looking at the notes in the Stupid RFE Thread.

The only advice I have is not to stress too much, and wait until you get the letter to send anything.

so first step they have to send me the letter what they need and when i received it i have to send what they need thats all what i understood ?

bec some one told me that i got a stupid RFE and i have to check the form of I-130 that i was wrong or i was not correct

Yes, as the notice indicates you need to wait for the RFE from USCIS which will outline exactly what information they require to proceed with your petition. Hang in until you get it, then you will know what you are dealing with. Good luck!

You will receive something in the mail. It may be a missing form, it may be more evidience, or it may mean you left something blank on the I-130.

ok - that's the EMAIL NOTIFICATION that you are receiving a REQUEST FOR EVIDENCE (RFE) .

YOU WILL NOT KNOW WHAT IS ASKED OF YOU, until you receive and review the POSTAL MAIL that's headed yer way.

Wait up to 2 weeks - the actual RFE will show up via postal mail, to yer address.

You should get the RFE next week in your mail. Then you can send it in as soon as possible with whatever they need from you.
