I think NVC schedules the interviews based on the embassy's capacity...

NVC schedules the interviews... i called up the Embassy this week with some questions and didn't even have my interview listed.

They get the list with all the scheduled interviews at the end of the month from NVC.

So for all of you still waiting, August is a long way from over...!!!! Don't lose hope and don't lose faith! We are all praying for you guys!

I am trying to estimate my own SIF: When did all your paperwork arrive at the NVC? When did you get SIF?

Well is official guys 3 months that my case completed a u.s citizen and my case was still not scheduled for the month of aug.....

March2010, my case was received by NVC in May 2010. I also had a RFE that took longer for me to respond to. The case was completed on 7/16/10 three days after my DS230 was put into the system. I didn't get SIF until 20 days later after the case was completed (I thought that was strange).
