September 2010 Interviews

Medical done today. Will get the results by monday..My son..poor thing..got six vaccination shots ...apart from that everything went smoothly ...the medical exam included:

-general check up by a doctor

-vaccination shots

-blood sample and x-ray(for me only)

I took the following with me:

-2 pics

-original and photocopies of passports

-vaccination record for my son

-interview letter

Pakie, my AVR message still has not updated to case forwarded to embassy so i am not checking the DHL site yet..

Next step for me is to start organising the documents i will need for the interview. Any inputs on what everyone else will be taking along?

I'm sorry to hear you haven't recieved any news yet...it seems like your Embassy has alot more intervews to schedule then mine coz our cases got completed a day apart. Hope they lett you know something soon and that you get an interview date for early october!!!!!! Good luck and don't lett it get you down...you are almost there!!!!!

yes sis, i agree to marijke, maybe there is alot of applicant in our embassy here in manila for september. and maybe you will be included in october batch interview and u will be in the first week. just wait patiently. Goodluck to all of us here in our journey.

Too much depression.... that is what i felt right now.. Too much confusion as well with what the human at NVC said on me... They told me that my husband requested to expedite our case that is why they forwarded it to the Manila our case and within the span of six weeks after they have received our documents... so that means that my case is not yet close according to the supervisor and I need to contact the US Embassy Manila about this.. Who is saying the truth.... And I listened again to the AVR and it says... "your case has been completed from the NVC and it has forwarded to the US Embassy Manila on August 10, 2010".. What do you think? It's been 8 weeks from July 1st that they received the DS-230 and other docs..... So do you think they really expedite our case.. I DON'T THINK SO!!!!!!!!!.... They did not expedite and I waited as well of six weeks for reviewing and now they are telling me that THEY REALLY EXPEDITE IT!!!!!!! :help: :crying:

did u try to call the u.s embassy manila so that u will know if they received it already and when they will goin to give u an interview date? and if ur hubby expedite it it should be there at the u.s embassy in manila and u should have an interview date already. and tell your husband that he must be the one to call the nvc or the u.s embassy here in manila. Godbless to you dont worry it be come soon just keep on praying and ofcourse have faith in God sis. and everything will be ok.

Hi to everyone who was kind enough to help me earlier this year with my 20 year old daughters denial. Sense then I have enrolled her into English classes in her home town of Nanning China. She is taking full advantage of this school and has excelled in English. I am so proud of her.

How the VERY VERY good news my wife has her interview date on 09-01-2010 at 7:15am exactly one year to the date of my first two month visit to meet my wife to be in Nanning China. We are surely looking for pink this time. We have been studying very hard to receive pink after her interview. Natural the wife is a little nervous. I think this is a very trying time for all the wives to go through this ordeal. I really think I am a lot more nervous than my wife. Of course I don't let her know this.

Congrats to all who has made it to the point they are now and to all that has already received pink.

Thanks again to all the good people on Visa Journey who has already help us to get to where we are now.
