Hey Guys im new here, i'm just wondering if my visa application will be approve eventhough i already turn 21 last July 5 of this year, though the immigration officer back then in the NVC told me that im covered by the CSPA Act and i dont have to worry about my aging out issue.. do i have to still worry about being denied or not?

Take copious notes, pen to paper, then make sure all 'entities' understand that you are 'grandfathered-in' due to the new regulations. This might take some extra work, on your part, with letters sent off to remind 'entities' that you are still covered under CSPA.
