A Question in my head about My I130 Help pleaes

Well i have a quick question, i hope this is the place to ask. I am a permanent resident. I filed file an I130 for my wife spouse back in 2008 of april. So in january 2010 i got a letter stated that n it has been transferd to NBC NATIONAL BENEFIT CENTER. So now it has been 2 year and 3 months. Any idea when it will be processed or approved, or how long do i have. The priority date on USIC says that 2008 March, does that mean anything.

They are working on July 2008 (or earlier, depending on where you are from), so your case is now processing, as the letter says. Interview is a few months away still, depending on the country you are from, but your wife should have it by the end of the year.

So you r saying that it should be getting approved soon??? and then i have to wait for a visa number. my wife is from pakistan, and i am a Permenent resident in the usa

No, the waiting for a visa number is over-now it's only a few months of processing before the interview.

Wow really thats great. So what does the prority date means. I mean i got a NOA1 but the date was blank??
