I-864A How to prove relationship and residence?

I currently live with my mom and she is going to be our joint sponsor for AOS. Should I just use her as a household member under my Affadavit of Support? For this how do I prove her relationship to me and her common residence with me? Would my birth certificate/marriage certificate(to indicate name change) suffice for relationship? What about common residence?

Thanks!

Also similarly if we move out at some point do we have to redo anything because my mom will no longer be in the same household?

I am wondering if just doing two I-864 forms might be easier.

If you live under the same roof you need to do the I-864A, no getting around that.

If you move out at any stage the immigrant has 10 days to file a change of address (AR-11, can be done online), and the sponsor must file a I-865 change of address.

The I-864A is just a much easier version of the I-864 and no, moving doesn't mean she needs to file a new one. Its not like you need to file a new one when she changes jobs, or earns more or less money so that's all irrelevant, she's given her info, the I-864A covers the info they need and they just need the addresses to keep track of you/her if they ever need to sue her to get repayment of any money the immigrant used in the form of means tested benefits.

Proving relationships is as easy as a birth certificate and her as your mother, joint residence could be photocopy of drivers license, bills at same address (though I lean towards drivers license).

Hope that helps.
