In a lighter note - Our wedding album and case file was wrapped in the U.S flag and kept a small statue of liberty in the file as well. So, CO was impressed

Now, in a serious note - It was luck and some expedite.

I-130 went to VSC and they approved for all July 2010 filers in rapid pace - around 70 to 90 days time.

I expedited NVC process in the last minute.

So, NVC was done quickly and saved another 15 days time with the Consulate too.
