They expire 120 days after their initial approval. Usually Lagos interviews after that so in theory it expires sometime about 120 days after the interview. They sit on it about 3 months then a month in return processing time and it is expired when USCIS gets it. Vermont can choose to reaffirm it CSC usually expires it.

What options do you have to make them send it earlier? If they refuse to reconsider your case can u have your representative make them send it back on time?

None It is in their hands, in theory they are writing their report and sending it back.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
