Just wondering, have you guys ever seen RFE even though solid evidence is sent

Solid Evidence would include all the following ( all filed jointly ) : tax transcripts for a couple years, lease / mortgage, bank accounts and credit cards, insurance policies - auto and medical, relevant pics spanning a couple years.

07/24/2010 - I-751 papers sent to CSC - Day 1

07/29/2010 - USPS confirms delivery - Day 6

08/03/2010 - Check Cashed but no NOA - Day 11

08/05/2010 - NOA ( Receipt Date 08/02/2010) - Day 13

08/23/2010 - BIO - Day 31

09/07/2010 - Card Production Ordered Email - Day 45

With USCIS, even with a 100% document submission, you can still expect an RFE. Could be a number of reasons, not to mention an oversight on part of the USCIS official. I have read on multiple forums where OP's are confused on receiving FRE's for something they already sent with the application. Good Luck.

I've heard of times when some people got a request for the entire evidence list which is an indication that USCIS got the file lost of the evidence mixed up with someone else's, so instead of them fixing their problems and mistakes, they send RFEs and just make us do the work.

but I agree with saspk - even with 100% anything is possible.

it could also be a new officer following the book or simply a random pick. You shouldnt worry if you have the evidence they request. What exactly did the RFE ask for?
