Are you the USC or the fiance? I dont think that should be a problem with your fiance being pregnant. If anything, I think it will further confirms that you both filed this petition with the intent of starting a family together and being in love. Just make sure when it comes time for the interview that you bring all supporting documents and evidence that solidify your relationship .Maybe other VJ members whose situation is similar to yours can give additional advice.... My k 1 visa application made it to Lagos last week, we are waiting for interview date, but she is 4 month pregnant by me. Is that gonna be a problem with this guys interviewing in Lagos.

She will be probably be required to take a DNA test. If it's your Baby, then you have the best evidence anyone can ever provide. Good luck.

I'm confused as to why you think she will need a DNA test.. I may be mistaken but isn't that used in the instance that you are applying for a visa fior that child? If the child in in utero there should be no need for it. Most people here who have done DNA tests have done it for children already born to prove that they are eligible to travel because they are the genetic child of the petitioner and or beneficiary (and as such a beneficairy themselves).

Congtatulations :D uzy36 on the impending birth of you child !

Also look at the bottom of the screen under similar topics there are othere posts there related to pregnancy, you may find some answers there.

Since you stated it was your K-1 visa, I assume that you are the Non-USC. If your wife is the USC there is no need for DNA test. I don't see why it would be a problem for your interview in Lagos. My baby was born just prior to the interview and hubby made it through just fine.

Sounds like you have a pregnant fiance which filed a K-1 visa for you to come to america and marry her.

Pregnancy is a solid proof of a relationship, but If I'm hearing you right your concerned with the interviewer not believing that you fathered the child, is that your concern ?
