Anyone here filing with dependents?

Hi everyone,

We're filing for removal of conditions and my daughter is included on the same form I'm filing. All good so far with the form and evidence but I haven't received a biometrics appointment for her yet (mine is 17th August). Does anyone know if she will get one, or is she included in my appointment?

if your daughter is under the age of 14, then she will not need a biometrics session and will be approved once you are approved.

Yes - the $80 must be paid, but the biometrics will not be required. Just remember when she turns 14, she needs to get her biometrics unless you are going to apply for naturalization (which she will naturalize with you while she is still under the age of 14).

Her GC will be a 10-year one so several people forgot about the 14 year old requirement.
