You should 'give a ######' whether the casual sex you are having is mutually satisfying - at least to the level that both participants are not in danger of physical damage. An unaroused woman can easily have her ####### damaged and if what you are trying to justify is not giving a ###### about anything to do with the sexual act apart from your own satisfaction, that could be easily construed as de facto rape.

What part of that is confusing? Consenting to sex is not consenting to be used like a sex toy - adults understand that sex is meant to be a mutually satisfying experience. Sometimes it is not, but that it is not should never be because you do not give a ###### about the other persons sexual needs, but because for some reason no matter what you both try (even briefly) fails. Not giving a ###### about anything to do with the other partner, using their body for your own needs regardless of theirs is rape.

Every industry has some hazards. OSHA requires steel-toed shoes in many jobs because heavy stuff could fall or roll onto someone's foot. While I realize OSHA doesn't necessarily regulate the sex trade, most hookers are aware of the hazards and many take measures to protect themselves against it.

There is nothing funny about this - I am not asking anyone to care about anything beyond the sex act itself. If you can't see, or tell the difference between ensuring that during sex you make an effort to both arouse and be aroused and 'giving a hoot' that amounts to something beyond the sex act then I don't see how you can possible understand the implications of not giving a ###### during the sex act and how that can easily amount to rape.
